Located in Hosur Road, near attibele, Bangalore, Our production Dept head is having 25 years experience in the fabrication, our design dept head having 6 years experience in the SS Manufacturing line. Our Marketing and project heads having 7 years experience in the same field. All our employees are well experienced in the same field last five years. CNC laser cutting Machine to enable sheet handling without human interventions and errors. State of the Art sourcing, procuring and processing infrastructure with unmatched adherence to legal, technical and ethical practices continues to keep us at the position of number one. Description of technical offer:
- All SS equipments are manufacturing by AISI SS 304 cold roll sheets, Matt Finish, 2B Sheets.
- Top of the all equipment made by AISI SS 304 16g (1.6 mm), Side cover are made by 20g(1mm), All under shelf are made by 18g (1.2mm) Thickness.
- Inside Frame work 30X30X1.6mm Tick tube or L angle, Legs are made by 40X40X1.6 tick tube or 30X30X1.6 tubes.
- Manufacturing with the help of CNC laser cutting M/C, CNC bending M/C and all corner joints are TIG welded, grinded and final five stage finish and maching to the Matt sheet finish
